FUE Technique
How Is Applied
Healthy adult individuals with sufficient hair in the donor area between the two ears are considered suitable candidates for hair transplantation.
Follicular units (grafts) are removed from the posterior and lateral parts of the scalp and transplanted to the desired area. It is also indispensable that the process is supported by an expert team in order to prevent damage to the natural appearance, hair density and donor area. In the FUE technique, approximately 5000+ grafts and 12.000-14,000 hair strands can be transplanted in one session. In the FUE method, which takes a long time like 3-4 days in the beginning, non-motorized micro instruments are used, and 500-600 grafts can be transplanted in approximately 8 hours every day, high numbers of grafts can be taken in 2-3 hours in a day with the micromotor system used today.
It is an operation performed under local anesthesia by cutting the person's hair short and lasting 7 to 9 hours. In the first stage, the hair follicles are collected, then the channel is opened to place the collected cokes, and finally, the follicles are planted one by one.
